The course aims at introducing various electronic or
digital technological devices to the students and how to use them effectively
in the educational context. Students will acquire a deep knowledge and specific
skills which prove to be necessary to effectively use modern technology in the
academic process. The course objectives are not limited to teaching specific
programmes or introducing the functions of different technological devices.
Throughout the academic process students will learn theories of teaching and
learning and communication, the mechanisms of how to evaluate the effectiveness
of the use of specific technology in the academic process, the approaches and
methods which could be used while planning the academic process or creating
teaching and learning materials through the use of technologies.
